World Compassion Terry Law Ministries believes that the Church cannot flourish without the Word of God. There is no other point of reference, no book that believers can look to in order to live the life God intended for them to live. Bible distribution is a critical part of World Compassion’s mission to evangelize the world and help plant strong and thriving church bodies.

In the Middle East, the Arabic Youth Bible continues to be very effective in stirring the hearts of young Iraqis who love to hear their mothers read Bible stories to them. Over recent years, we have printed and distributed tens of thousands of Bibles through our literature distribution team in Iraq.

In 2009 the Kurdish Youth Bible written in the Sorani dialect was printed and distributed for this first time.  See the pictures from a recent distribution.

Our church planters in Myanmar continue to distribute thousands of New Testament Bibles in the Burmese language as they go house to house preaching the good news.  With several thousands of believers coming to the Lord through these church planters and evangelists each year, these Bibles allow new Christians to develop strong roots in the Word.  See the people of Myanmar receiving food for the body and the soul.
